IEEE DySPAN 2019 invites half-day tutorial proposals on recent advancements and emerging areas of wireless communications and networking, with a focus on intelligent and dynamic spectrum sharing, optimization, and security. The goal of tutorials is to provide participants with comprehensive overviews of emerging fields, key challenges, and potential solutions in diverse areas of wireless networking, including but not limited to spectrum management, dynamic spectrum sharing, security challenges, coexistence of heterogeneous technologies, applications of artificial intelligence for spectrum management and optimization, communication at high frequency (millimeter wave and terahertz) bands, spectrum access in emerging systems such as the Internet of Things, and spectrum sharing for autonomous vehicular and drone systems.

Prospective speakers are invited to submit 3-page tutorial proposals in a PDF file to the tutorial chairs via email. The proposal must clearly outline the key scope and objectives of the tutorial and include:

a) A 300-word abstract,
b) Outline of the tutorial,
c) Relevance to DySpan and intended audience, and
d) Speakers bios.

IMPORTANT DATES

Proposal Submission Deadline: September 1, 2019.
Notification of Acceptance: September 25, 2019.
